Many emotions get confused with our thoughts and behaviors. There is a reaction to everything. Many of our behaviors, what we do, affects our emotions, what we feel. In my personal experience I find that many of my thoughts and imaginations end up being the way I act.
Thoughts
What do you think about 3 am in the morning when no one is around? Many of our thoughts are what we think deeply about such as our goals, future, or even our love lives. Our deep thoughts can be sometimes negative and positive for ourselves. Based on what you're think it can have an affect psychologically. Moreover, our thoughts connect to our behavior. If one has goals to be one of the greatest basketball players of their time then one will act in a way to become the greatest. That one may work twice as hard, which is how our thoughts connect to our behavior.
Behavior
Behavior is what we do throughout the day that is based on our thoughts and sometimes natural instincts. Your actions can have consequences, especially with the wrong intentions. The way we act is a huge representation of ourselves, a lot of people may see the way you act but will never know what you think or feel. This is why our actions must be thought instead of doing without thinking. Many people, like myself, end up acting without even thinking through the situation. Behavior connects with our emotions. Our actions reflect on how we feel such as getting a bad grade on our report card. We may feel sad by our grade or even worried from your parents.
Emotions
In my opinion, emotions play a momentous role in our lives. What we feel is based off of everything. If we didn't feel such a way we wouldn't care about much. Sadly, we might care too much. John D. Mayers says, "Emotions operate on many levels. They have a physical aspect as well as a psychological aspect. Emotions bridge thought, feeling, and action – they operate in every part of a person, they affect many aspects of a person, and the person affects many aspects of the emotions." I agree that many people have different views on emotions and they work on many different levels. Such as the way girls view our boyfriends and our friends. We can care a lot about someone and feel many emotions, and not as much as someone else and feel less emotions.
In the end of the day, we come to our emotions. Thoughts, behavior and emotions define our lives and who we are today. If we all thought, acted, and felt the same way no one would be different.
